I recently had the privilege of working on a vital national campaign focused on men's mental health, specifically shedding light on the often-hidden struggles of men across the country. We aimed to tackle the pervasive issue where men might outwardly project an image of being "fine," even when they're grappling with significant challenges internally. My role involved creative ideation as well as crafting compelling narratives from submitted stories, and sharing on our social channels. Through a series of powerful stories, shared directly from men who bravely opened up about their experiences, we sought to break down the stigma that prevents so many from seeking help. The campaign highlighted the importance of looking beyond surface-level assurances and encouraging deeper conversations to support men's emotional wellbeing.

Two Pints Deep is a men’s mental health and suicide prevention charity making support and connection available to everyone. My role is to give a voice to our vital work. I blend creative ideation with impactful copywriting to shape the messages that reach men who need us most. From website content to campaign concepts, I'm here to ensure our communication is clear, supportive, and truly makes a difference in their mental health journey.

I also worked on writing a poem for Fathers Day. It explores the real truth that a father isn't always defined by biology. It's a tribute to the mentors, guardians, uncles, grandfathers, friends, and any individual who steps up with love, guidance, and presence, enriching our lives in countless ways. Through this piece, I aimed to express the profound gratitude we feel for these remarkable people, celebrating the invaluable role they play in making us who we are.
